Chain-bucket dredger is the type of dredger that carries out continuous digging of sand and mud under the water with a set of chain-bucket sludger. It’s used in excavation and filling of harbor basin and excavation of foundation ditch as well. It’s normally non-self propelling although there are self-propelling ones. Chain-bucket dredger is suitable for digging hard soil layer and the surface after excavation is relatively smooth. It has a dredging depth of 3~40 meters and a production capacity of 20~1000 cubic meters per hour.
